“We did not spend months planning our wedding and arranged many aspects at quite short notice. Mark responded to my initial email regarding availability and we spoke by ‘phone the following day to discuss the packages he could offer. We agreed on attendance and digital images, paid on an hourly basis. Mark spent 4 or so hours at the venue with us, got some beautiful shots of the bridal party getting ready and “candids” of the groom and his best man. The ceremony is “photo journalled”, too. What we wanted most of all was to get lots of photos of our guests. It poured on New Year’s Eve so we weren’t able to have a group shot of attendees but Mark made sure that he captured the essence of the wedding and reception and literally everyone who came without us feeling any intrusion! He also got some lovely arty pictures of the venue and our decorations. The photos arrived within 10 days of our “big day” and are beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for more and can’t thank Mark enough. Highly recommended.”

“We would recommend these guys. We did a practise shoot getting used to the camera – worthwhile since we both hate our photo being taken. It was actually a LOT of fun. On the day Mark and Heike really managed to capture the spirit out of our day with the standard formal photos as well as the ‘in action’ shots of our guests. It really helps that they are both calm and friendly, managing to keep a light touch on the day which is what we really wanted. We also went over a lot of changes for our final book – a lot of tweaks and changing of minds on our side. We are really happy with the final product and the mini books we gave to closest family are really lovely.”

Time was not an issue and at no point did I feel rushed. Mark listened to exactly what I wanted and although we did not meet before the shoot, he seemed to understand me immediately and advised me of how to achieve the best photographs. I had a challenging party of 8 bridesmaids to arrange and he did a beautiful job. It was very relaxed and he took on my ideas for photographs as well as putting us in traditional wedding formations.
