Light Correction
Each image is edited in post production for light correction to look uniform across your web site.
Sizing & Cropping
Your images are sized to your requirement cropped and straighten to make each one look natural to the eye.
Online Gallery
You can view and download your set of finsihed images from our online gallery. We keep your images safely stored online for as long as your need them.
Post Editing
Some times there distracting objects, light casts, or shadows that take away the message you want show within your property images. Post photoshop editing is available to remove unwanted items.
Your Logo
Each image can include your buiness logo or website address to protect your images.
Terms
Photoshoot Booking
Booking your property photographer is not confirmed until we have discussed your requirements and you have recieved a confirmation email with the agreed rate and detailed the amount of work required.
Next Day Delivery
Our aim is to deliver your property photos full editing and ready for your website via download link next working day.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelllation of your photoshoot booking requires 24 hours written notice without charge. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur a booking cancellation fee of no more than £150.
Copyright
The entire copyright of the photographs is retained by the Photographer at all times throughout the world. The photographer provides exclusive usage rights to the client to use images online and in print Useage rights are provided on payment of invoice and client usage rights are embedded in each image.
Image Specifications
Finished images are provided in .jpeg format and sized to 2500px longest edge.
Image description and keywording is emdedded into each file to include your contact details and location of your property.
